First start asks which build.
AMDNR by 3zwr1, or OptiScaler AMD pre-SR by TheAutomatic. Under that, the danielblnc runtime: DLSS-NR on AMD, shipped unmodified. On RX 7000 and RX 9000 the built-in lmxxf runtime is enough. The launcher picks the zip for the GPU it sees.
INSTALL copies the build next to the game exe and renames OptiScaler.dll. Cyberpunk stays on dxgi.dll so RED4ext keeps winmm.
REPAIR / UPDATE and UPDATE ALL. The launcher updates itself first, then the games that say update available.
PLAY starts the title. Xbox and Microsoft Store games go by app id. Rockstar games start through their store, not the raw exe.
COLLECT LOGS writes the same zip as Save report, plus the crash log and the newest dump.
UNINSTALL asks first.
It removes what the mod placed, including logs and dumps written while the game ran. A finished Save report zip stays. A DLL that is no longer OptiScaler - the game's own - stays. Twelve languages follow Windows, or you pick one under LANGUAGE.
