download amd nr launcher. The file on the release is AMDNR-Launcher.exe, build 0.3.5.6, next to AMDNR 0.3.5.2. It is one executable. No .NET install. github is the source: 3zwr1 / AMD-NR---OptiScaler.
What the search for the dll actually is.
nvngx_dlss.dll download and nvngx_dlssnr.dll 310.8.0.0 are the queries. NVIDIA's nvngx_dlssnr.dll is not in the AMDNR archive. The danielblnc runtime wants 310.8.0.0 from a DLSS 5 title. The launcher fetches that runtime zip for you and checks it. lmxxf does not need it on RX 7000 and RX 9000.
amd adrenalin 26.9.1 or newer. That is the amd drivers line. HIP has to see the same card the game uses.
Run AMDNR-Launcher.exe. Pick AMDNR by 3zwr1. Let it take the runtime that matches the GPU.
INSTALL on the game. Enable FSR, or DLSS if the title has it, in the game's own menu.
INSERT opens the menu. HOME toggles Neural Rendering. Anti-cheat titles stay off. DX12 and FSR titles are the lane.
